Currently working on a new generation of projects:Bishopsgate Goods Yard (£1.89bn, 1.45m sq.ft offices, 176k retail, 450 homes,150 bed hotel), Edgware town centre (£2bn, 3,500 homes and shopping centre),Ladbroke Grove (£1.66bn, 2,800 homes and superstore), and Olympic Park (£800m,1,200 homes).
Pioneered ‘the’ most compelling retirement housing platform in a generation, transforming an outdated sector. Assembled +£1bn ($1.3bn) development pipeline in two years, winning planning consents in some of the most challenging localities across Britain. Ten design and civic trust awards with an additional 18 award nominations.
Britain’s oldest children’s charity, established 275 years ago as The Foundling Hospital. A major focus of 22 years of service for Coram has been the redevelopment of its Bloomsbury campus in central London. This began with master-planning in 2000 which galvanized Governors and the Executive to refocus organisational objectives that had become unclear. Three new buildings have been delivered:the Coram Visitors Centre, Pears Therapies Pavilion, and the Queen Elizabeth II Centre which was opened by Her Majesty the Queen on 6 December 2018.
